Found Common wire at furnace. Gave price to reinstall Nest thermostat at a discounted rate with no warranty using existing Common wire. Installed existing Nest thermostat with existing low voltage wires with Common wire extended/installed. Wet switch installed in emergency pan needed to help ensure attic doesn’t flood when emergency pan overflows. System resumed operations. For this job I installed a whole home surge protector in the main panel in the garage. Surge protector was installed in a flush mount kit right below the main panel. Customer originally called to discuss his HDMI cord that was installed when the house was originally built. Only way to replace the cord was to cut sheet across the living room.

Removed 50 gallon Powervent water heater and installed Navien high efficiency tankless with inline ion filter and recirculating crossover connection at furthest fixture. Installed proper regulator at gas meter and upsized gas line feeding tankless. Relocated 1/2 gas line for cooktop to make space for exhaust venting. Tested system for proper function and leaks.
